We aim to provide accurate product information, images, descriptions, prices, and availability. However, product packaging, colors, specifications, or other details may occasionally differ from images displayed on the website.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, MA Toys may contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the affected item or order.

3. Prices and Currency

Prices displayed on matoys.net are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are added according to the delivery area selected during checkout and are displayed before the order is placed.

4. Orders

Submitting an order through the website sends a purchase request to MA Toys. After receiving the order, we may contact you if clarification, availability confirmation, or additional information is required.

MA Toys reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected misuse or fraud, lack of stock, or another reasonable issue preventing fulfillment.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer using the details provided with the order.

5. Payment

MA Toys currently accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery for delivered orders.
  • Pay at Pickup for orders collected from our Tripoli store.

Online card payment is not currently available.

6. Delivery

MA Toys currently delivers within Lebanon only.

Current standard delivery charges are:

Tripoli: $3
Beirut: $5
Other Lebanon: $6

Delivery timing may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order size, and delivery conditions. Where necessary, MA Toys may contact the customer regarding the order before dispatch.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

7. Store Pickup

Customers may select Store Pickup – Tripoli at checkout at no delivery charge.

Payment can be made when collecting the order.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products and refunds are handled according to our Store Refund Policy and applicable Lebanese consumer-protection requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce rights that customers may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Lebanon’s Ministry of Economy states that distance purchases have a 10-day withdrawal period in applicable cases, subject to specified exceptions. (Economy Lebanon)
